Description :

Hiring for Mandarin speaker to be handling TW market (5 days working)

Responsibilities:
• Listen attentively to customers need and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services.
• Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs)
• Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database.

Qualifications:
• Age between 18 – 35 years old
• Possess at least SPM certificate
• Able to understand WELL in Mandarin & English (read, listen, write, & speak)
• Able to work on shift rotation (Morning, Noon & Night)
• Good attitude and tolerance
